SEO consulting,
built as a chain.

Visibility doesn’t come from one service. It comes from five things working in order. Most agencies sell you the links separately, and the gaps between vendors are where results go to die. I run the whole chain, or join yours exactly where it’s broken.

What you are buying

Most SEO consulting services are sold as one link in a chain: an audit, or content, or a technical retainer. Each is real work. None of them moves a business on its own, because whatever was holding it back was usually somewhere else in the chain.

What I sell is the whole chain, run by one person. Strategy decides what to go after. Content answers it. The site makes it findable. SEO makes it rank. AI visibility makes it quotable.

That is also the honest difference between an SEO consultancy and a specialist. A consultancy coordinates the people who do the work. I do the work.

Who this is for

Companies selling something considered, to buyers who research before they contact anyone. In practice that has meant B2B software, SaaS teams whose growth stalled after the obvious keywords, enterprise sites where the problem is structure rather than effort, fintech, agritech, investment funds, and professional firms in regulated markets.

Not for you if you need a fast local ranking in a single town, or twelve people on a project next month. You will hear that in the first reply, not three months in.

The chain, in order
01

Strategy

Every engagement starts here, even the small ones.

Before a page is written or a tag is changed, we answer three questions: what should you be found for, who is searching, and in which markets. I’ve built separate strategies for six markets at once, so I know the difference between a strategy and a translated one.

You leave this stage with a priority map: what we do first, what we skip, and why.

02

Content

Pages that answer real searches, at a pace you can sustain.

I’ve managed content production in five languages simultaneously, 15 to 20 pages a month, through an external agency I directed. Whether you write in-house, outsource, or use AI with supervision, I build the brief, the standard, and the review loop that keeps quality from sliding.

Websites

A site that’s ready to rank the day it launches.

I design and build sites myself: WordPress and WooCommerce for most projects, headless Next.js and Sanity when performance and flexibility justify it. As a WordPress SEO consultant I also fix what other builds got wrong: bloated themes, broken multilingual setups, Core Web Vitals stuck in the red.

SEO

The core craft. Technical, international, ongoing.

Site architecture, indexing, hreflang, page speed, and content that earns its position. Audits that end in a to-do list you can hand straight to a developer. This is the deepest part of my work and it has its own page.

AI

Your customers already ask AI before they reach you.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews now answer buying questions directly. Showing up in those answers is a discipline of its own and almost nobody owns it yet. I do this work for brands. I also use AI inside the work itself, always with human judgment on the output.

AI search optimization →

Need traffic before organic arrives? Google Ads and paid social can run alongside the chain when the timing calls for it. The same keyword research serves both, and the search terms from the campaigns go back into the content plan.

Where the constraint usually is

Three patterns cover most of what I see.

The site cannot carry the content. The plan is fine and the writing is fine, and the architecture means neither can rank. It usually shows up as your own pages competing with each other.

The content answers the wrong question. Volume was chosen over intent, so the pages rank for things nobody acts on. The report looks better than the pipeline.

Nobody owns the seams. Three competent vendors and no one accountable for the outcome. This is the most common one, and the hardest to say out loud in a meeting. See the work →

What people push back on before they hire

“Can you just do the technical part?” Yes, and sometimes that is the right scope. But if the constraint is content or structure, a technical fix buys you a cleaner audit and the same pipeline.

“How long before we see something?” Technical work can move a site in weeks. Content takes months. Anyone quoting you a date before seeing the site is quoting a sales cycle, not a timeline.

“Why one person and not an agency?” An agency gives you capacity. I give you one head holding the whole chain. If you need capacity more than coherence, hire the agency. I will tell you that in the first call. And if you already have one, I can own the chain across it.

“She accurately understood the needs of the business and the very specific desires we had in terms of design and visibility of the new website. Despite the time difference between the US and Europe, we were able to communicate excellently.”
Sharone Pomerantz, Interior Designer, Pomer Construction Inc.

Where the work starts and stops

Included. The audit and the plan, the execution or the direction of it, the writing where it carries weight, the build where the site is the constraint, schema and technical work, and a monthly readout in plain language.

Not included. Buying links, guaranteed rankings, or a retainer that renews whether or not it is working.

Where the chain model stops

The chain model has a real limit. It is one person, so it does not scale past a small number of clients at a time. If your project needs five workstreams running in parallel from next month, this is the wrong shape, and an agency is the right one.

Questions

What is an SEO consultant?

An SEO consultant is one person who is accountable for a site’s organic performance. Not a channel manager, and not a reseller of an agency retainer. The value is in deciding what to do and what to ignore, then either doing it or directing the people who will.

What does an SEO consultant do?

Audit, decide, execute. Find what is holding the site back, put it in priority order, and either build the fixes or hand your team a list they can act on. On my projects that includes the writing and the build too, because handing those off is where most plans quietly die.

Not sure which link is broken?
